Software market research
We had to learn a whole new set of terminology when working for a leading supplier of anti-virus software. The brief was to design and conduct a study exploring perceptions of the client, measure advertising awareness and identify attitudes to virus risk and the selection of anti-virus software. Our telephone based research culminated in a detailed report that has subsequently enabled the client to more accurately focus its marketing and advertising programmes.
